6. TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. MATERIAL & WORK QUALITY

• All materials used will be of standard quality or as approved by the client.

• Work will be performed as per professional standards.

• Contractor is not responsible for any damage post-completion.

B. WATER & ELECTRICITY SUPPLY

• Client must ensure continuous availability of water and electricity during the work period.

C. ACCESS TO SITE

• Client shall provide full and unhindered access to the work site.

D. WARRANTY

• Touch-up and minor rectifications will be handled within 30 days after handover.

E. DELAYS

• Delay due to weather, material shortage (client-supplied), or third-party obstruction shall not be borne by the Contractor.

F. TERMINATION CLAUSE

• Either party can terminate the agreement with 3 days’ written notice. Completed work must be paid for by the client.

G. LIABILITY

• Contractor shall not be held liable for structural damages, existing faults, or any unrelated accidents at the site.

H. LEGAL JURISDICTION

• Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in ________________________.

7. SITE EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

In case the painting work requires elevation beyond the normal reach of the painter, the following equipment may be necessary for safe and efficient execution:

• Ladder

• Stool

• Scaffolding / Climber

• Safety Harness (if applicable)

Responsibility for providing the above-mentioned equipment shall be as follows:

⚠️ Note: All equipment must be safe, stable, and in working condition prior to work commencement.
Any delay or accident due to equipment non-availability or failure will not be the responsibility of the Contractor, unless previously agreed in writing.

✅ Additional Client Responsibility:

The Client shall ensure that access to elevated areas (walls, ceilings, façade, etc.) is safe, unobstructed, and ready for work before the scheduled date of commencement.
